Questions

How long do credits last?

One year from the day you buy them. Your exact expiry date is always shown on your dashboard, so nothing lapses without warning.

What happens if I buy another pack?

Your whole balance is extended. Buy 30 credits today and top up 10 months later, and everything you still hold gets a fresh year from that top-up — you never juggle separate expiry dates.

What counts as one credit?

Every interview is a Live Interview — a real-time conversation with unlimited questions against the clock. It costs 3, 4 or 5 credits for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Candidate interviews you run for your team cost the same per candidate attempt.

What if I leave mid-interview?

Credits are spent when the session starts, and an interview ends when you leave — what you answered gets scored, unanswered questions score 0. Interviews cannot be paused or resumed, just like real ones.

Can I get a refund?

Credit packs are final sale, so unused credits are not refunded — that is why they carry a full year of validity. If something goes wrong on our side, such as a failed session or a double charge, email us and we will put it right.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every pack is a one-time payment with nothing recurring, nothing stored for later billing, and nothing to cancel.
